We have just completed the sale of our pharmacy in Nowra.
Over the period of the sale our broker Peter Marshall was always available to discuss and help resolve issues. From the very beginning of the process Peter helped us achieve a good price and then when a sticky situation could have altered the sale price, he helped resolve with solid strategies so the original price could be sustained.
He was in constant negotiations and involved when legal issues arose and with sound commercial advise and by having connections with operational people in the organisation we dealt with even resolved some legal problems. Our sale at stages really presented some problems but Peter and his assistant really worked hard to keep the sale on track.
