Our People
John Neilson
John is a pharmacist with a wealth of experience and current knowledge of the dynamic pharmacy industry in Australia. A Fellow of the ACPPM, John's expertise is derived from his long-term involvement with pharmacy in the operational sense, and his keen interest, advocacy and lobbying of the legislative process.
In his role as director of Pharmacy Solutions Australia, he has been instrumental in the growth of the company from one small office to a company that covers the entire nation. Drawing on his experience in pharmacy, John is in an ideal position to advise and facilitate the development of a new pharmacy operation from a greenfield site, the admisttion of new partners, and the sale and acquisition of existing businesses.
Peter Marshall
Peter relocated from Queensland in 1999 to establish the Melbourne office. Starting from humble beginnings, the office now has three staff members and transacts upwards of 20 pharmacies per year. He has actively involved himself in understanding the needs of various pharmacy operations, from the large corporates to the first time buyer. But more importantly he has a strong focus on the customer and providing a comprehensive level of service to each and every client.
Bob Rose

Bob has dedicated his entire working life to the pharmaceutical industry. He began his career at QLD Druggist Ltd spending 26 years in various capacities including 18 years as a territory manager. He spent a further six years as territory manager with Sigma. Throughout the many years with these companies Bob has focused on servicing his customers and has en extensive network of professional contacts. Bob has now been an integral member of the Pharmacy Solutions Australia team for eight years and continues to make servicing his clients the priority.
Riki Tukukino
Riki has been in the pharmacy industry for over ten years. With three years spent at Fauldings, he gained a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and in particular business sales. He is very keen to minimize the workload of the vendor and handle the transaction from start to finish. He has been very successful in locating opportunities for clients and prides himself on growing these pharmacist's business.
